Having worked for a state agency for most of my career, I have not collected a lot of testimonials.  In the regulatory arena, it is typical that only our agency colleagues and utility company employees are aware of the nature and quality of our work.  The following people have known me and my work for a number of years. Iowa’s current Governor, Chet Culver, did provide a testimonial when I retired.  He said, in part:
